What applications work best on ERes?
The following applications work well on ERes: • .PDF files (including scanned documents opened in Acrobat Reader). • URLS/Web links • Any MicroSoft Office application (MSWord, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) Please note: If using a Macintosh, please name your documents with the Microsoft extension (.wpd, .xls, etc.). • jpeg, tif and other graphic files • ERes is capable of handling video and audio files, but as technical parameters for these types of files are more complex, we do not recommend using them at this time. • Please note: OHSU Libraries staff has found that documents formatted in WordPerfect do not always open for all ERes users.
