What appetizers/side dish/ wine would best fit with a pan seared crab cake dinner?
Green beans in butter and crab cakes go beautifully together. Steam the beans so they are still crispy – it’s a lovely compliment to creamy crab cakes. I also like a little pasta with my crab cakes, something alfredo-sauced… it tends to go well.
