What appealed to you about Northumbria University / studying in Newcastle?
First of all, I had seven unconditional offers from seven UK universities such as Nottingham University, Greenwich University, etc. My reasons for choosing Northumbria University were the high quality of teaching, high standard of facilities and university atmosphere. I had looked around other universities, but none of them were as modern as Northumbria. Another reason I chose Northumbria was for the experience of living in Newcastle city. It is one of the most vibrant cities in Europe and people are very friendly here. When I compared my living experience in Cambridge and south of UK, I prefer to live and study in Newcastle. I am really comfortable here and I feel that Northumbria is my home. What was it about the course / subject area that particularly appealed? I love my course because I like to work in the business and IT environment at the same time.
