The following APIs from the Client Access for Windows 95/NT client are no longer supported or available in the new Client Access Express for Windows client: • All 16-bit interfaces (including Client Access for Windows 3.1 and ODBC) • SNA specific APIs (EHNAPPC_…/EHNDT_…, CPI-C) • Network Print APIs (cwbNP_…) • License Management APIs (LS…) Applications using any of these APIs will not work with the Express client. Applications that do not use any of these APIs, but use other Windows 95/NT client APIs should continue to work with the Express client. However, with any new client development, there could be exceptions that we are not aware of. So, we would like beta customers to download the Express client beta and give us feedback on compatibility with Windows 95/NT applications running over Express.
