Many anti virus programs include anti spyware as part of the overall application, in which case you will not need a separate program. If that is not the case there are many free programs available, including Microsoft’s official Windows Defender (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/winfamily/defender/default.mspx), or AVG’s free anti spy ware program.
