The ES4000 features a multi-layered approach to spam detection, utilizing a range of techniques that are automatically balanced for optimum performance and minimum latency. These techniques include reputation filtering, Genotype detection, heuristics, checksum-based spam identities and URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) filtering.
