Morin, Trustee of SCHOONER VILLAGE REALTY TRUST to create a desirable residential neighborhood in a natural wooded setting for all the house lots in the subdivision; and to encourage the erection of attractive homes, properly designed; and to secure proper and pleasing site development and to ensure a high quality of community appearance. The Protective Covenants are designed to achieve those goals.
