What and how many types of client propositions do you foresee from 2013 and when and where are are we going to get some specific training on it?
We believe the RDR creates the opportunity for firms to adopt a variety of advice propositions ranging from independent to restricted to simplified or indeed execution-only. In some cases firms will adopt hybrid propositions covering several of these elements. The secret to adopting the right proposition will be to understand your customers, their needs and where you secure value within your client bank. We will be offering training and support material during the secon half of 2010 to help you in this area.
