Sponsors contribute to DeKalb Habitat $100,000 for a three-bedroom or four-bedroom home. All homes in DeKalb County are currently meeting County Code for square footage requirements. As such, lots zoned R75 will have a minimum of 1,600 square feet of living space. (In-kind donations are accepted and sponsors receive credit.
