What amount of discretion do school administrators have in evaluating the plans developed by teachers?
As a condition of participating in the program, teachers will be required to develop a technology use plan. If a teacher’s plan does not address reasonable and anticipated uses of the technology to support effective teaching, learning and professional development, a district may elect not to grant eligibility status until a complete plan is developed.
