What amenities are there in the downtown area for residential tenants, particularly within walking distance of our units?

There are grocery stores, butcher shops, florists, specialty food shops, the LCBO, gyms, restaurants, theatres and more. Because all of our residential units are downtown, a plethora of retail and service uses are within easy walking distance.
