Every residence hall room or suite has a cable television hookup, with a 71-channel line-up that includes all the major networks, ESPN, CNN, MTV, BET, the International Channel, and a movie channel. Plus, every room or suite (except Alumnae Scholarship Houses) is furnished with a combination refrigerator/freezer and microwave oven called the MicroFridge. The residence halls are also equipped with Maytag Computer Trac washers and dryers with a digital countdown feature that lets users see at a glance when laundry will be finished.
