What amenities and services will be offered at The Crescent?
The building will include a large Club/Meeting/Media Room located on the Second floor, which includes an oversized terrace overlooking the fountain. The room will comfortably accommodate 80 for a sit down dinner, or over 200 for a reception. There will be a full kitchen, coatroom and restrooms. These facilities will be available for use by our residents for private functions at a nominal charge.
