What am I responsible for as a new Countrywide Business Partner (Broker Agreement)?
It is important to read and understand the terms and conditions of your Broker Agreement. The terms and conditions outline specific requirements that help ensure an efficient and mutually productive working relationship. Of particular importance is the use of your unique User ID and password. User IDs and passwords may not be shared. You are responsible for any account activity attributed to your User ID. Please note that passwords expire at regular intervals, at which time you will be prompted to change your password. If you share a User ID and/or password with someone else, your access will be suspended or revoked. Contact your company’s CWBC Administrator (Your CWBC Administrator is an employee within your organization that is responsible for overseeing your company’s access control to cwbc.com and manages your organization’s User ID administration process) to set up a unique User ID.
