What am I going to eat on the ProPoints plan?
No food is ever forbidden with the ProPoints plan but this plan helps you to gravitate naturaly towards satisfying and healthy foods that are low in ProPoints values. All fruits and vegetables have zero ProPoints values, so you can eat as much of these foods as you need to feel satisfied. It’s important to have a plan you can live with. That’s why you get an optional weekly ProPoints allowance of 49 – for anything you want to spend it on; treats, extras or unexpected dinner invitations.
