What am I doing wrong when I have downloaded an update from the Bestcolor’s homepage but can’t start it?
The file has the extension “php.” When you download updates from our homepage from a Macintosh, you may find that the downloaded file has the extension “php” instead of “exe.” To download the file a second time, hold down the “ctrl” button, click the link and specify that you want to download the link to the data carrier. This process saves the file to your hard disk. Alternatively, you can simply rename the file from “php” to “exe” and then start the installation.
