What all types of fruit and vegetables can i feed my dwarf hamster? ?
Hi there, dwarf hamsters can get really nasty tummy problems from fresh fruit and veg, so my advice would be to give very little to them but as an occasional treat it should be okay, i have always found that carrotts and cabbage are my hamsters favourite i also read somewhere that lettuce is no good for them but i couldn’t tell you where i read that. On a similar theme a little bit of dairy is good for dwarfs so a tiny bit of cheese is a great treat, put a bit in over night and always remove any fresh food that has not been eaten in the morn.
