A. Most federal sponsors have already made the move to Grants.gov and require new submissions be sent using Grants.gov. (i.e., , NIH, NOAA, Dept of Energy, Dept of Education, USDA). Some agencies offer proposers the option of submitting grant applications using Grants.gov (i.e., NASA, NSF). PIs should read the program guidelines carefully to see the requirements of the federal sponsor they are applying to.
