What age will human brain stops growing?
Research is conflicting on this one. Some scientists say that the human brain stops growing at age18, others say-so that it stops growing at age 20-21. It doesn’t really matter when it stops “growing” which really simply means that it have reached a maximum volume (approx. 3lbs.). What really matter (in terms of means to learn know info./skills as well as repair slight damage) is the cleverness to generate new neurons as economically as form new synaptic connections which continues throughout your entire existence! The maximum size of the human brain is about 3lbs., which is slightly larger within males relative to females even controlling for body size. But again, it is not the size that counts!
