It took place on the par-5, 430 yard, 16th hole. His drive off the tee was 260 yards. Lai used a 4-hybrid from 170 yards to find the cup on his second shot. Eddy won the tournament by two strokes. It was the first double eagle in the 11-year history of the U.S. Kids Golf event.
