What age should people start training with Pelleres™?
Strength training for children is recommended from puberty onwards and should always be under the supervision of an adult. A properly designed strength training program can improve the strength of children, increase cardiorespiratory fitness, increase flexibility, improve motor fitness performance, improve body composition, increase resistance to injury and improve overall sports performance. We recommend Pelleres™ should only be used for ages 16+ and under the guidance of a recognized Pelleres™ trainer.
