What age range does ASQ-3 cover?
ASQ-3, which includes 21 questionnaires, covers 3 months through 5 1/2 years of age. Questionnaires can be at any or all of the following intervals: 2, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 27, 30, 33, 36, 42, 48, 54, and 60 months of age. With ASQ-3’s expanded administration windows, programs can accurately screen any child from 1–66 months without any gaps between the questionnaire age intervals.
