it all depends on you baby my son was 5 months old when he started baby food and my daughter was 6 months old my son a big eater and nothing would satisfy his hunger so i ask his doctor and his doctor told me to start it a month early since he was always hungry but if you baby is satisfied and not hungry all the time than 6 months is the normal age to star them
