What age group / skill level is Hitting For Excellence appropriate for?
Hitting For Excellence was designed to benefit players of all ages and skill levels. If you have a child who is just getting started with baseball, this series will ensure that he gets correct hitting instruction from the beginning – a huge advantage since the vast majority of kids are taught incorrect hitting techniques. The only section of the series that is not applicable to young hitters is the weight training portion of the Explosive Training DVD, which is recommended for high school and older players only.
