Did you put down your previous work experience with the job you left on your resume? Do you know if the jobs you interviewed for definitely contacted your previous employer? I don’t think it would necessarily affect your chances of getting a new job (unless your former boss said some negative things about you other than quitting without much notice.) A friend of mine quit on the spot once because of the working conditions, and she still put it on her resume. She did find a job, even though her former boss told her new potential boss about her quitting on the spot.
