What advice and support is available nationally?

A small national team exists consisting of a project manager, assistant project manager, a system manager and access to advice from national clinical leads. This team will manage the QET system nationally in terms of communication with key NHS organisations, management of the census points, developing of commissioning guidance, setting up a knowledge management group and provision of support to the local teams described above. The national team is also able to respond to limited requests for assistance (e.g. to carry out further presentations at SHA level and support site visits) and can be contacted by emailing support@qet-audiology.co.uk.
