Pullman Catches offer increased security over traditional style panic bolts. Pullman Catches locate inside a keep or behind a threshold making them difficult to attack from the outside. The Pullman Catches also operate independently, therefore if one of them is retracted from its keep the other one remains in place. The Pullmans also offer a greater wear resistance as they operate like a normal mortice latch.
