What advantage does PEPS offer over the use of a standard library of laws and contracts?
A. The main advantage of our service is that the user does not have to spend valuable time going through extensive legislation to work out which parts of the legislation directly affect their operation. Our analysis has already done this for them. At relevant points within each report there are links to the actual laws and contracts database provided in a separate sub-module. The analysis also alerts the user to areas where legislation may be vague or allow a greater degree of negotiation, in addition to where it may directly contradict other legislation.
