What advanced cockpit systems are in the F-15K?
The F-15K will have seven full-color, digital, programmable displays that can show the information that is needed in the most useful format. A helmet-mounted cueing system will allow the crew to aim weapons and sensors simply by looking at the target and pressing a button, so crewmembers never have to divert their eyes from what is happening around them. Those systems will be augmented by one of the largest heads-up displays and, through a data link, access to information gathered by other aircraft. With these highly advanced systems, the F-15K crew will have unrivaled awareness of its situation and unequalled ability to successfully respond to virtually any mission, day or night, in almost any weather conditions.
