In general, no such adjustments will be made. It is hoped that most queries can be addressed informally. The space data will be correct at the time at which it is signed off each year and will not normally be adjusted for the part year effect of any changes. Departments will therefore be accountable for the energy use relating to the space which they occupy at that point in time.
