What address is used to mail the 1098-T?
The students address that they indicated at time of registration or currently on file with the Admissions and Records office is used. This is the same address the student indicated to be used for all school correspondence, billing statements and used to determine residency. Starting for tax year 2011, tax forms will only be available on the website. Students will not be mailed a 1098-T form unless they have completed a 1098-T Opt out form and submitted it to the Cashier office.
