Ans: Germane’s core business is the integration of complete turnkey server and storage solutions. Our business model does not support the sale of individual components on a stand-alone basis. We purchase components from tier one, authorized distribution channel sources to ensure the component pedigree and condition. We provide a 3 year warranty. Some or all of the following services are included in our pricing: pre sales consultation, post sale engineering support, product samples / evaluation units, functional testing, End-of-life support & Configuration management. As a result of all the additional services we provide, Germane’s price for some components may be slightly higher than the lowest price found on the web.
