What additional telecommunications costs are there?
Unlike our competitors our base rate is all inclusive. You don’t need to worry about paying more for long distance, toll free minutes, call patching, voicemail, faxes, conference calling, etc. Even the scheduling, order processing, and outbound sales/customer service calls done by our receptionists are included in the base rate. The only additional cost you would ever see is based on call volume. Or if you’d like additional voicemail boxes, the second box is $29.95 per month, and additional boxes after that are just $19.95 per month. These additional voicemail boxes include personalized phone numbers and can add a dial by name directory to your account.
