CSC pays freight charges if item is not sent on promised ship date. No-cost storage fees for blanket term customers. A field visit annually by a qualified CSC service technician to assess installed equipment for predictive maintenance purposes. A report would be issued to the customer containing suggested maintenance and replacement of worn parts, based on usage. Free “Assist Visits” conducted by CSC at plant request for assistance in specified areas for ignition improvement.
