What actually motivates people to engage in and SUSTAIN practices that promote health and well-being?

0

If you are like most people, you may not look like a poster child for all things fit. But many of us are regularly engaging in some activities that promote well-being. This includes those practices that you do so automatically, you may no longer think of them as things you are doing for your health. It also includes anything that you consider a practice that you do for your health, even if others might not think of it that way. We hope you will tell us about these activities, and help us understand what works for real people in real life, what supports and what hinders these efforts for the majority of people. It is time that we as health professionals stop our nagging and start investigating what actually works — and you can help us by participating in this study — by telling us what you do for your health and well-being, and by inviting your colleagues, patients, clients, and friends to do the same! Please help us by passing this information on to others.
