What actually happens at a speed dating event?
A. Firstly, you need to arrive on time to register. Registration usually takes about 15-30 minutes. Once everyone is registered, you will be seated to begin your dating session. Depending on the amount of dates for your event, every 3-6 minutes you will be informed that your time with your potential match has come to an end. Ladies usually remain seated and the men rotate. You will be given a card that allows you to indicate your match. A match is successful if you check “yes” and the other party checks “yes”. You will be given a break half way through the event. When the second half of the events starts, the process is similar to the first half. After you have met all your potential matches, your will hand in your card. We will contact you within 3 days to inform you of your matches.
