Running an Ad-Hoc scan on a site — The ADDE Application does not fix the code. Rather it flags code that is not compliant, or code that requires manual review for compliance. Managing broken links — Although broken links affect all users and should be resolved, they do not apply to the overall HHS Scorecard, and do not get reported up to the HHS Leaderboard.
