The IfL approach to CPD is personalised and evidenced through impact assessment (see a more detailed explanation in the CPD Guidelines (link). Your record of CPD each year should show that the activities you have undertaken for the purposes of keeping up to date with the latest developments in your subject area and your teaching have made a difference to your practice.
