Each class will concentrate on a different muscle group, and cardio will be incorporated though out. Activities will include: WEIGHT TRAINING, STRENGTH TRAINING, RESISTANCE TRAINING, VARIOUS CARDIO WORKOUTS & DRILLS, AEROBICS & FLOOR EXERCISES, AND STRETCHING TECHNIQUES.
