What actions should I take to modify a child visitation order in Texas?
He sounds like my children’s father. The Attorney General’s office should be the ones that you should ask this question to as they so aptly state that you cannot deny the father visitation even if he isn’t paying his child support payments. It should also say in your visitation orders how the visitation must happen but I do not see why the father cannot learn to join his son in those Saturday classes, afterall, the classes are a benefit to your son and if he gets a scholarship then they are a benefit to the dad who doesn’t even want to pay his child support.
