What actions of the hirer will be construed as “default” ?
An event of default shall be deemed to have occurred if the hirer: Commits a breach of any of the agreement’s condition – • Fails to pay the instalments by the due date. • Commits an act of bankruptcy or makes assignment for the benefit of creditors or consents to the appointment of a Trustee, Liquidator, Voluntary or otherwise.
