What action is legal against a trespasser?
The legislature took a stronger stance on trespassing in 2006 making it a class B misdemeanor in most cases. The code is found in title 76 part 6 section 206. I would recommend that those interested should look up this code online. The most important thing to do is to give proper notice to the person or persons that entry onto the property is unlawful. This can be done by posting signs, enclosing the area with a fence or other barrier and/or direct communication to the person or person that you dont want entering into your property.
