What action can I take against difficult-to-dissolve crystals in the TaqMaster tubes?
Difficult-to-dissolve crystals may form if TaqMaster has been frozen and thawed several times. We recommend that you incubate at a high temperature (80 95°C) for at least 10 minutes and vortex several times until all crystals have disappeared. Crystals may reduce the final concentration, which have no adverse effect on your experiment.
