What account lists exist and what do they mean?
• On January 13, 2005 the Claims Resolution Tribunal published another list of Swiss Bank Accounts , approximately 2,700 additional names of Account Owners and approximately 400 additional names of Power of Attorney Holders of accounts probably or possibly belonging to Victims of Nazi Persecution. • On February 5, 2001 the Claims Resolution Tribunal published a list of Swiss Bank Accounts, which includes the names of Account Owners, Power of Attorney Holders, and other persons taken from approximately 20,825 bank accounts designated during the Independent Committee of Eminent Persons investigation of Swiss banks as “probably” related to Victims of Nazi persecution. The listing of the names does not necessarily mean that the listed owners of accounts in Swiss banks were Nazi Victims.
