EBC is provides a list of recommended accommodation. This service will help you get reliable accommodation without the additional cost of a middle-man. EBC is not responsible for any aspect of any accommodation arranged using these or other services. EBC does not arrange your accommodation for you but we will offer help and advice as and when we can. All Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices shown are per night unless otherwise indicated. Please ensure that you are fully aware of all fees, deposits, payment terms etc. prior to contracting one of these services. VisaGovernor has teamed up with local estate agents and residents to provide an affordable accommodation. Accommodation can be arranged temporarily for the first 4 weeks and confirmation of accommodation can be sent for visa application support. Once you are in the UK, we will help you find the permanent accommodation.
There are various types of accommodation in the Facility. Accommodation is on availability at the time of admission. You have the right to accommodation in our Facility for as long as you choose, except as generally set out in the Aged Care Act 1997 “User Rights”. Details are available in the Facility. The circumstance could arise where you might be asked to move to another bed or room. This would be fully discussed with you or your representative beforehand. If your care needs change significantly, it may be appropriate for you to receive care in another Facility. This would be discussed with you first.
