On street handicap parking is located on St. John Street (southbound at Queen St.) and Queen Street (just west of the Playhouse). During performances, there is a drop off zone located on Queen Street in front of the main doors. The Playhouse is equipped with a wheelchair accessible ramp to the front doors and automatic doors to assist in entering the building. Washrooms are also wheelchair accessible with specifically assigned stalls. There are a number of removable seats in the auditorium that are specifically designed to meet the needs of patrons in wheelchairs – please be sure to let the box office staff know at the time of ordering if you require a wheelchair seat during a performance. In addition, we also have transfer seats that make it easier for patrons in wheelchairs to transfer to the fixed theatre seating if preferred.
