Multicultural Affairs coordinates the Summer Transition Enrichment Program (STEP), the High School/College Internship Program (HI/SCIP), and the Multicultural Mentoring Program. Our staff members provide ongoing progress reviews and consultations with Frederick Douglass Scholars, STEP alumni, HI/SCIP students, participants of the Multicultural Mentoring Program, and other students who visit the office. We also provide tutors for multicultural students, usually hired through the Academic Support Center.
