An I-864 will be required at the time the fianc(e) visa holders applies to adjust his/her status from Nonimmigrant to conditional resident with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). The U.S. citizen is requried to complete form The Affidavit of Support form I-134 as part of the fianc(e) visa application.
