Propane Truck Driver Recalls Explosion, Fire By Ryan Coyle 6:06 PM EDT, September 18, 2009 More than fives months ago a propane truck driver was critically injured in an explosion that touched off a deadly kennel fire in Carbon County. The blaze killed nearly 20 dogs. For the driver, Tim Kleinhagen of Palmerton, it’s been a long, emotional road to recovery.
