In the begging of the conversation they talk about the book, right before they hang up (my wife was in a hurry to get off the phone because I was standing right there overhearing the conversation and she wanted it to be a surprise for me) they mention she will have a free 30 day trial. They tell her how great the help line is then they end the conversation with this is all free for 30 days just call to cancel. This is great but you can’t get through to anyone when you call then also, they never told her when the 30 days would start. I didn’t even open the book until Christmas. Also, the paperwork you receive
